LTCC PCB

Low-temperature cofired ceramic technology (LTCC for short) is to stack multilayer ceramic green sheets printed with conductive metal patterns and interconnection holes at 900°C after achieving precise alignment, and finally Co-sintering becomes a high-density circuit board with an overall multilayer interconnection structure. This process can also be used to make a three-dimensional circuit substrate with built-in passive components.
